Aaron R. Parthemer, Sr. is an author, entrepreneur, and financial advisor whose work explores wealth, resilience, reinvention, and the decisions that shape a lasting legacy.

As President and CEO of PMG Private CFO Services and PMG Private NIL, Aaron draws on more than three decades of experience advising successful families, business owners, professional athletes, the new crop of NIL athletes, and entertainers. A former Wall Street executive, he has spent his career helping clients navigate the complicated intersection of money, taxes, business ownership, investments, risk, family, and long-term wealth preservation.

But Aaron’s writing is informed by more than professional success.

His memoir, Never Stay Down: A Story of Pain, Perseverance and the Power of Reinvention, tells the deeply personal story of his rise from small-town Ohio, the successes and mistakes that shaped his career, the consequences that followed, and the difficult process of rebuilding his life, faith, family, health, and professional identity. It is ultimately a story about what happens when the life you planned falls apart—and the choices that determine what you build next.

In Protect Your Worth, Aaron turns decades of experience advising athletes into a practical guide for student-athletes and their families navigating NIL, taxes, business opportunities, sudden income, and the responsibility that comes with building wealth at a young age. WIth three decades of experience, he has seen the full life cycle of a young 21 year old NFL Rookie who came to Miami Dolphins in the 2000s and whose own son will be working with one of the firms before the age of 18.

In 2025, Aaron’s life changed again when he survived a devastating accident. His continuing journey of recovery and rebuilding has deepened his perspective on resilience, family, faith, purpose, and the meaning of legacy—and will form the foundation of a forthcoming book, Still Standing.
