From Rosso to the World: An Inspiring Journey in Recruitment

Born in 1986 in Rosso, southern Mauritania, Moussa KEBE grew up deeply rooted in his cultural and religious values. Passionate about basketball and reading, he moved to France at 19 to join his father, a political refugee, and pursue his studies. Initially trained in mechanics, he later transitioned to law before discovering his true calling in 2014: recruitment.

With over a decade of international experience in talent acquisition across France, Luxembourg, and Switzerland, Moussa founded Splash Guy Recruitment in 2019—a firm dedicated to bridging exceptional talent with forward-thinking companies. He believes recruitment is a craft of balance: helping candidates unlock their potential while guiding companies toward their next key hires.

In 2025, he launched Afritalents Nexus, a career coaching and recruitment firm operating between France and Mauritania, committed to empowering African talent for global opportunities.

Moussa is also the creator and host of the YouTube series "AUTOUR D’UN THÉ", where he interviews professionals from diverse fields to inspire and guide young people on their own career paths.
