Prof. Dr. Mahmut Arica is Professor for General Business Administration, especially Marketing & Digitalization, at the FOM University of Applied Sciences Münster. He has more than two decades of experience in marketing, sales and consulting at IBM, Siemens, Capgemini and Oracle. Most recently, he was Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at a medium-sized company. In addition to his work in various associations, he is a member of the Competence Center for Marketing & Sales Management (KCMS) and heads the Digital Consulting research group at the Institute for IT Management & Digitization (ifid).
