Heather Holmes

Heather Holmes writes self-help and fiction for children plus business nonfiction, memoir, and poetry. Her primary goals are to raise awareness about social issues such as single motherhood and to promote the welfare of women and children. She is the founder of Tidal Lantern, a literary magazine that spotlights artists and writers from the South Carolina Lowcountry.

Heather Holmes got her English degree from the College of Charleston. She lives nearby with her two sons, a housecat + 2 TNRs, a three-legged great dane, two tarantulas, and seven fish tanks. When she isn't arguing with sloppy HTML and Scribus, she enjoys playing Terraria and Fortnite, tending her little garden, and watching black and white movies late at night.
