Will has spent an inordinate amount of time chasing footballs, blowing whistles, dodging muddy tackles, and trying to explain the offside rule to baffled relatives. A player by passion, a coach by necessity, a referee by accident, and a fan by birthright, he’s seen the beautiful game from every grubby corner and glittering height.
