Magesh Das

Magesh Das is a Singapore-based financial consultant, speaker and author. He entered financial services in 2004 with a mechanical engineering degree from Nanyang Technological University and no sales training, and over more than twenty years has built a career that places him among the top one percent of financial consultants globally.

A Chartered Financial Consultant and Chartered Life Underwriter, Magesh is a twenty-time Million Dollar Round Table qualifier with five Court of the Table honours and the Top of the Table distinction.

He is the founder of Mad Success, an international keynote speaker and masterclass trainer, and the owner of a football academy. He competed for seven years in physique bodybuilding and is a two-time national champion. He raised two sons as a single father, through the years that shaped the systems he now teaches.

His first book, Winning By Design, was published by Rishita Books in 2025. His second, 3AM Mindset, follows in December 2026.
