Thomas Hutton retired after a 40-year career supporting national security and crisis contingency programs for all three branches of the federal government, state and local government, and major corporations in high-risk industries. For most of his career he worked for a leading Information Technology and Consulting firm. Prior to that he worked at the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the National Security Council in the White House. He graduated from American University with a degree in Public Administration and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He lives in Northern Virginia.
