Tim Geels

Tim Geels is a husband, father, communicator, and kingdom-rooted encourager of people. For more than three decades, Tim has walked with individuals and families through life’s toughest trenches—from classrooms and group homes to detention centers, hospital wards, and living rooms where parents are simply trying to hold it all together.

As the owner of ATA Enhancement Services, Tim travels the country providing training, consultation, and support to schools, organizations, and leadership teams. Since 1987, he has been a trusted voice in human services, behavior intervention, crisis management, and leadership development.

Whether he’s writing, speaking, or coaching, Tim’s mission is clear: to enhance the lives of others through grace, peace, and love through Jesus Christ.
