Tommy Bolin

Tommy Bolin is a 30-year fire service veteran, speaker, and passionate advocate for mental health among first responders.

Diagnosed with PTSD, major depression, and anxiety after decades of witnessing the toll of trauma, Tommy now dedicates his life to breaking the stigma around mental health in public service. His debut book, Unseen Battles: The Price of Duty in a Life of Trauma and Sacrifice, blends his deeply personal journey with powerful, honest stories from firefighters, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, and medics who have walked through darkness and found hope.

Tommy is the founder of First Responder Support LLC and speaks nationally to raise awareness, encourage healing, and create a cultural shift in how public servants talk about emotional well-being.

He lives in Ohio with his wife of 30 years, Lynn, and is a proud father of three sons. Tommy's certified therapy dog, Finn, is a key part of his journey and often by his side when he speaks.

Whether you serve, have served, or love someone who does this book is for you.
