Jenn Robb

Hey there, I’m Jenn Robb — Nurse Practitioner, Warrior Mom, Book-Writing Surprise, and Advocate for Moms Who Refuse to Stay Stuck.

Let’s get something straight: I never planned on writing a book. I wasn’t the girl who kept a diary or dreamed about becoming an author. I was busy raising three kids, navigating life as a nurse practitioner, and figuring out how to be strong when everything around me felt like it was falling apart.

But God had other plans.

Warrior Mom Rising was born in the middle of a personal storm—one I didn’t ask for but one that changed everything. It’s the book I needed when I felt like I was failing as a mom. It’s the lifeline I hope reaches women who are exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if they’re the only ones barely hanging on.

You’re not alone. You’re not failing. You’re just in the fire—and that fire is refining you.

🔥 From Pain to Purpose

I’m a mom to three big-hearted, wildly different kids—two boys who are now off adulting (most days), and Chloe, my youngest, who’s a talented competitive cheerleader, full of fight, and has walked through more than most kids her age. Her mental health journey brought us to our knees more than once—and it’s what pulled this Warrior Mom mission out of me.

Helping her heal meant stepping into advocacy, faith, hard boundaries, hard conversations, and plenty of sleepless nights. It meant realizing that if I was going to show up for her, I had to start showing up for me too.

The book is raw, real, and faith-fueled—and it’s just the beginning.

👩‍⚕️ Nurse Practitioner Meets “Let’s Get to the Root”

I’ve spent more than two decades in medicine, mostly as an acute care nurse practitioner. In recent years, I’ve fallen in love with functional and integrative medicine because I’m passionate about treating the whole person—not just the symptoms.

I’ve completed my board certification in Functional Integrative Medicine and am slowly building out my vision for Elevated Wellness—a work-in-progress wellness practice that blends science, strategy, and soul care. But right now, my heart and focus are fully wrapped around this book and the Warrior Mom Coaching that came out of it.

I believe healing is possible when we stop treating moms like machines and start supporting them as whole people—body, mind, and spirit.

🐾 Life on the Farm, Family on the Move

I live on what I lovingly call a miniature farm—or, depending on the day, a petting zoo. We have six dogs (yes, six), barn animals, and more dirt than I can keep outside. It’s a lot of chaos, but it’s also home.

I’m married to my college sweetheart, Matt. We’ve weathered life’s highs and lows together—raising three kids, navigating careers, and figuring out how to laugh even when everything feels upside down. Our life isn’t filtered or fancy, but it’s full of love and a whole lot of stories.

I don’t drink coffee (I know, I know), but I love planning vacations, watching Chloe cheer, cheering loudly for my boys, and creating space for other moms to catch their breath and be real.

💬 Just So You Know Who You’re Talking To…

I’m the mom who:

Will 100% cry at any sad movie, especially if it involves animals (don’t even try to watch Marley & Me with me—I’m out).

Once told her daughter she could NOT get knuckle tattoos (yep, that story made it into the book).

Can switch from discussing gut health to talking school accommodations without missing a beat.

Believes queso is a love language and sarcasm is a spiritual gift.

Has learned to laugh at the mess because life is too short to pretend it’s polished.

I don’t have it all together. But I have figured out how to hold space for both the hard and the holy—and that’s what I want for every mom I work with.

📚 Why Warrior Mom Rising Isn’t Just a Book

This book is my open, honest, faith-filled letter to the mom who feels like she’s failing. It’s part story, part strategy, part spiritual reset. It includes:

Personal chapters from our journey through teen mental health struggles,

Advocacy tools for navigating therapy, school systems, and medical settings,

Scriptures that anchored me when I was drowning,

And practical battle plans to help moms stop spinning and start rising.

I didn’t want to write a book that was just inspirational—I wanted it to be transformational. Because the moms I know? They don’t need more fluff. They need real help and real hope.

🛡️ Warrior Mom Coaching: The Community That Came Next

Out of the book came something even bigger—Warrior Mom Coaching, a group-based support program for moms who are done pretending they’re fine and are ready to rebuild their strength, spirit, and strategy.

We meet in a community format, with Voxer support and practical tools to help moms:

Set boundaries without guilt,

Advocate for their kids without losing themselves,

Heal from the burnout,

And step into the woman God is calling them to be—not just the mom role they’re stuck in.

You don’t have to white-knuckle your way through this anymore.

This is where survival mode ends, and the rising begins.

✨ A Few More Things (Because You Should Know the Fun Stuff Too)

I’m certified in functional medicine, but I also love Target runs and oversized sweatshirts.

I believe you can love Jesus and still have questions. You can pray hard and set boundaries. You can cry, cuss, and keep going.

I once drove a NASCAR. It was fast, loud, and a little terrifying—kind of like parenting.

I’m allergic to fake people and overly curated mom-shaming.

My dream is to create spaces (in books, coaching, and eventually in wellness) where women feel seen, supported, and stronger than they’ve ever known.

If You’re Still With Me, You’re Probably a Warrior Mom Too.

You might be in the middle of your own messy chapter. You might feel like the only one who doesn’t have it all together. You might be holding it down for your family but crumbling quietly inside.

Let me tell you something:

You’re not alone.

You’re not broken.

You are being refined, not ruined.

This movement is about healing moms so families can heal. It’s about faith that doesn’t quit and hope that doesn’t run. It’s about walking each other home through the hard and into something new.

Thanks for being here.

Thanks for fighting for your kids.

Now let’s fight for you, too.

With faith, fire, and fierce love,

🩷 Jenn
