J.E. Myrie is a soul-first storyteller, speaker, and firestarter for the burned out and brilliant. A proud Army veteran and lifelong truth-teller, Jeanne has spent decades turning wounds into wisdom—and doing it all with a side of sass, spirit, and something snack-worthy in hand.

She’s the author of the explosive soul-reclamation manifesto Live, Laugh, Burn It Down (And Rebuild Something Better), as well as two empowering children’s books: The Goals and Dreams Highway and The Princess and the Crown.
