R.B. Wells

R.B. Wells has been writing stories ever since someone handed him a pen (or maybe it was a pencil?). His earliest tales filled the pages of his mother’s old planners and featured runaway goldfish, unlikely heroes, and fantastical animals.

For years, he wrote only short stories, convinced he didn’t have the breath for anything longer. Then he changed his mind.

He has two children, a partner, and a cat who behaves as if the world doesn’t exist.

He lives by a lake, but has never said which one.

The Secrets of Havermill is his first series of novels for young readers.
