Shawn Allen

Shawn Allen lives in Victoria with his family and is sometimes called a dragon (usually before his coffee). He has two children and his wife to practice his storytelling with. The oldest child is grown up now, while the other is still young enough to listen to his stories, reluctantly.

When he is not writing or illustrating, Shawn works as a physiotherapist in his own clinic.

His hobbies include illustrating, running, and being active in the gym and outdoors. He loves to travel, and that is one of the reasons he became a physiotherapist - he has lived across North America and even taught courses in Brazil and the USA.

He draws on his past experiences in his passion for storytelling.
