Dianne Bramble

In 2013 my world changed. I was diagnosed with Young Onset Parkinson's Disease and I had a choice to make. Do I wallow and let the disease defeat me, or do I take the disease head on and bend it to my will? I think you can guess that I chose the former. I learned everything I could about the disease. I discovered that exercise was the only way to slow the progression of the disease process, so 12 years later, I'm in the best shape of my life.

I was only 45 when I was diagnosed. I'm an RN, Personal Trainer, Health Coach and Counsellor. I'm a mother of two beautiful, intelligent, funny, caring and socially minded daughters. I have been married for 29 years and together with my husband for 35 years! We have a great dog and an opinionated horse.

I love to raise money for Parkinson's charities, so I sell my art and my books. If you buy one or all of my books, I hope you enjoy them as much as I had fun writing them.
