With three decades in a Fortune 50 company, Dawn held leadership roles across globally recognized brands such as Pampers, Always, Tide, Ariel, and Downy, driving double-digit gains in productivity, innovation speed to market, and revenue acceleration. Her expertise in navigating complex operational landscapes positioned her as a catalyst for transformative business results.

Her global leadership experience spans Asia, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Latin America. Dawn led the design of mainland China’s first nationwide supply chain and made history as the first female plant manager for P&G in Turkey and Germany, followed by becoming the first female VP of Product Supply & Innovation in the company’s Paper Sector—trailblazing achievements that cemented her reputation for operational excellence in dynamic environments. Later, as Pampers PS Global Innovation Leader, she spearheaded transformational results across multiple markets. Throughout her career, her contributions to operational leadership, innovation, and global supply chain transformation have been widely recognized.

Beyond corporate strategy, Dawn is a sought-after international speaker and educator, sharing her expertise with executives worldwide. As a member of the Design Team for the PQ Coaching Model for Positive Intelligence—an Inc. 1000-ranked mental fitness and wellness firm—she helped shape a leadership framework used to train 6,000+ professionals globally. Dawn is a certified executive coach with credentials from the International Coaching Federation and other prestigious institutions. In addition to coaching, she served as an Executive Faculty member at the Rady School of Management at UC San Diego, delivering leadership programs for senior executives in leading technology firms.

She holds a BS in Microbiology from the University of Rochester.
