Ryan Gilbert

Ryan Gilbert grew up in the Pacific Northwest just outside of Portland, Oregon, where a love for the outdoors and self-reliance took root early. A former Cavalry Scout and Paratrooper in the U.S. Army, he served in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, an experience that shaped his discipline, independence, and mission-driven approach to life.

After earning a degree in web development, Ryan began building websites but quickly realized that great design means nothing if people can’t find it. That insight led him into marketing and search engine optimization, where he has spent the last 15 years helping businesses grow through visibility and strategy.

His work became deeply personal when his wife, a mental health counselor, started her private practice. Together, they built it into a thriving group practice with 25 therapists. Since then, Ryan has helped dozens of therapists grow six-figure individual practices and successful group practices using ethical, sustainable marketing systems.

Ryan now lives on five acres with his wife and three children, embracing a slower, hands-on lifestyle grounded in family, curiosity, and purpose.
