Stephanie Schmidt

Stephanie Schmidt is a proud mother, registered nurse, and children's book author who believes in the magic of storytelling. She is currently earning her master's degree in nursing education and has a passion for teaching. She enjoys spending time with her daughter, Emma, and is constantly inspired to write because of her. She believes that books have the power to shape how kids see themselves and the world around them. The Little Cake's Big Day is her first book, inspired by the magic of standing out and feeling proud of who you are- even if you're a little different.
