Rosy, with over 25 years of experience in Human Resources Management—primarily within the maquiladora industry—is a proud advocate of excellence in service and employee care. Rosy's experience ranges from starting up plants with over 3,000 employees to managing complex shutdowns. In the latter, she has achieved less than one percent in legal claims.
