Chris Nassivera

Chris Nassivera is an executive coach and organizational consultant who helps leaders and teams grow through complexity, change, and challenge. She works where leadership meets real life - where transitions get messy, growth gets personal, and the most meaningful change is both impactful and deeply human.

Chris partners with teams to build trust, clarity, and resilience - laying the foundation for results that last. Her coaching blends thoughtful reflection with practical action, inviting leaders to show up fully, lead with presence, and turn insight into momentum.

She didn’t start her career in this work. Chris began her career as a mechanical engineer, leading large operations in manufacturing plants. Always drawn to how systems work and how things fit together, she soon realized her real curiosity was about people: what drives them, what connects them, what helps them, and organizations, thrive. During two decades at a Fortune 500 company, she led global teams through transformations, while living and working in Europe and North America. The deeper the complexity, the more she saw that success came down to trust, culture, and leadership at every level. That insight - and her own experience of growth - sparked her path into coaching and the work she does today.

Chris holds a Master’s degree from INSEAD Business School in Coaching & Consulting for Change and is an ICF-certified PCC coach. She works with clients around the world through Nassivera Coaching & Consulting and as a Partner at Novus Actus. Her approach integrates practical business experience with systems thinking, solution-focused tools, and psychodynamic insight. She’s also the co-founder of Alpine Azure, a leadership retreat in the Swiss Alps for women ready to step into their next chapter with clarity and confidence.

When she’s not working, you’ll find Chris outdoors, exploring somewhere new, or sharing time with friends and family. Born in the U.S., she holds dual American and Italian citizenship and now calls Switzerland home.
