Previously, Alan served as Chief AI Officer and COO of Bionic Diamond, where he led the deployment of advanced AI across marketing, operations, and product innovation. He developed Adaptive Lift, an AI-powered learning platform that uses emotional analytics and real-time engagement signals to deliver personalized, just-in-time education.

Alan’s career spans marketing transformation at Aeroplan, systems engineering with Siemens, and product development across analytics platforms and GPT-native applications. He brings rare technical fluency combined with founder-level operating experience into every room.

He is a Certified AI Trainer at the VJAL Institute and serves on the AI Committee of the Canadian Marketing Association. His mission is to equip over 1,000 professionals with functional AI fluency in under a year.

Alan is currently completing a Doctorate in Business Administration at ISEN Lille. His research focuses on the use of emotional intelligence and large language models to improve learning outcomes and re-engage digital learners.
