Miriam Simon

Miriam Simon is a leadership strategist, author, publisher, speaker and founder and CEO of Mi Sí Coaching & Consulting LLC and publishing imprint Mi Sí House.

Her work is grounded in one fundamental belief: you have more choices than you think.

Across more than 25 years of organizational leadership experience, Miriam has developed a reputation for seeing possibility inside complex systems. She has designed leadership-development programs, built talent pipelines, removed organizational bottlenecks and created systems that make work function better for the humans inside them. Her leadership-development initiatives have reached hundreds of professionals, while her systems work has demonstrated how thoughtful process design can return significant time and capacity to organizations.

That same philosophy extends beyond corporate environments.

Miriam is the author of Tattoos & Pearls: Combining Street Wisdom with Corporate Strategy, creator of the I.N.K.™ and P.E.A.R.L.S.™ frameworks, host of the Latina Mic Drop™ podcast, founder of Casa de Chingonas and publisher of the Chingona Playbook anthology series.

Through Identity Integration™ and the Undivided Leader™, Miriam challenges the idea that people must fragment themselves, constantly prove their worth or follow someone else's definition of success in order to lead.

Her work does not prescribe a single path. She believes a corporate career can be right. Entrepreneurship can be right. Building both can be right. Staying can be an act of agency just as leaving can. The objective is not to make the decision other people celebrate; it is to understand your circumstances, recognize your choices and make the decision that belongs to you.

A first-generation immigrant who became a young mother and later returned to college while working full-time, Miriam's own life reflects the philosophy she now teaches: listen, research, question the constraint, decide for yourself and keep looking for a way forward.

Across leadership, publishing, community and organizational consulting, her purpose remains consistent:

Create access to possibility so people can choose their own way.
