Stephen Robertson

Stephen Robertson is a Teaching Professor and the Director of Southern Methodist University’s MDSAS (Master’s in Data Science and Applied Statistics) program. By frequently teaching many undergraduate and graduate courses including graduate level time series analysis, he has extensive experience in the classroom. He is the recipient of a number of teaching awards at SMU, including the prestigious Provost’s Teaching Award in February, 2020. Upon conducting research and writing a dissertation in time series under the first author, Dr. Robertson seeks creative and accessible teaching methods to explain time series topics in applied settings.
