Rose Vines

Rose Vines created the script for the graphic edition of Dead Man Walking, Sister Helen Prejean’s classic account of the death penalty in America. Since the early 2000s, Rose, who switches her tech and author hats on a regular basis, has been working alongside Sr. Helen, visiting men and women on death row in Louisiana and Texas; building a social media presence for Sr. Helen; and creating content and websites for social justice organizations. Originally from Sydney, Australia, Rose crossed the Pacific in search of adventure and discovered love and her life’s work in New Orleans, Louisiana.
