Sarah Hulme , Founder & CEO of the Ladies Empowerment Circle

Since the age of 19 I have dedicated my self-employed journey to empowering, uplifting, and supporting women across a wide range of industries. What started as a passion for helping others feel seen, heard, and valued has evolved into a lifelong mission — one that led to the creation of the Ladies Empowerment Circle.

My path has not been without its challenges. I’ve weathered the storms of failed marriages and domestic abuse, experiences that shook both my personal life and my businesses. As a single mum raising three incredible children, I’ve faced darkness and doubt — but it was in those moments I found my true purpose.

I realised that something was missing in the world for women. It wasn’t just about networking or business promotion — it was about connection, sisterhood, and community. That’s what inspired me to build the Ladies Empowerment Circle, not as a business, but as a family.

Today, the Circle is a vibrant, ever-growing community across the North West and Fylde Coast, offering daytime and evening groups, online support, 1:1 business mentoring, our signature Connection Corner, charity events, networking cruises, merchandise, and so much more. But the real magic lies in the “we.” This is not my success alone — it belongs to every woman who shows up, supports, and shines with us.
