Erin Cuellar

Erin Cuellar is an award-winning author, poet, and filmmaker whose work explores the battle between darkness and light, trauma and healing, and the strength it takes to find yourself again.

Her debut book, Journey Through the Dark: The Battle Between Light and Dark, transforms deeply human struggles into a powerful fantasy world where inner demons become visible battles and healing becomes the greatest act of courage. The book received the International Impact Book Award and inspired continued creative projects centered around resilience, identity, and hope.

Erin’s poetry film Demons expanded her storytelling from the page to the screen, earning recognition in independent film festivals for its raw and emotional exploration of the unseen battles people carry.

Outside of writing, Erin is a manufacturing leader, problem solver, and lifelong believer that broken pieces can become something stronger. Her stories blend imagination with vulnerability, reminding readers that even in the darkest places, there is always a path back toward the light.

She is currently developing additional works exploring memory, healing, and transformation, including The House Remembers and her poetry collection Edge of Light.
