Sarah Harding

Sarah has been a type 1 diabetic since 1993. Her mission, writing as “The Able Diabetic”, is to share her experience of living a full life with type 1 diabetes - to help support, inform, empower, and encourage other diabetics.

Sarah is mother to two children, and lives with her partner, Jim, in south west London.

Through her career, mainly in tech-based businesses where most recently she has worked as a Chief of Staff, and a COO, she has developed interests in data and insight, and culture and inclusivity, all of which motivate and inform her writing.
