Gareth Wall is a dad, coach at Be A Super Dad and lifelong advocate for fatherhood done with love, care and intention. For over 25 years, he has worked with families, children, and fathers, helping men reconnect, reflect, and build relationships they can feel proud of. Gareth writes for dads who want to do things differently, especially those who didn't grow up with the best example. His work is grounded in everyday life, honest conversations, and the belief that no dad has to get it perfect to be a powerful presence. He lives in Wales with his partner, two children and their dog, Milo, and like most dads, he's still learning too.
