Set against the eerie charm of Galveston Island, his stories explore hidden histories, supernatural forces, and the complicated lives of women caught between power and danger.

Joseph draws inspiration from real places, strange folklore, and everyday magic. When he’s not writing, he spends time visiting local haunts, digging into true crime, or collaborating with his wife Rachel, the muse behind his unforgettable main character, Lilith.
