Mathieu Granjon is a French author and art director who has spent over two decades crafting immersive worlds in the video game industry.

A lifelong science fiction reader, he draws inspiration from authors as different as Philip K. Dick and René Barjavel — finding in their work the same haunting question that shapes his own writing: what does it mean to be human?

"Human Inside" is his debut novel — a science fiction novella about pirates, an awakening artificial intelligence, and the fragile line between what is human and what is not.
