Keith Lyons

Keith E. Lyons is a clinical social worker, U.S. veteran, former barista, and independent publisher based in San Diego, California. By day he manages mental health services; by night he runs Lyons Den Publishing, the family press behind The Complete World of Coffee — a 615-page, five-part encyclopedia of coffee's history, science, craft, and culture, built from years of research, roaster conversations, and more than a few thousand cups. His work pairs a clinician's precision with a storyteller's curiosity, tracing coffee from the Ethiopian highlands to the modern specialty café.
