Patrick Hébert

Patrick Hébert is a passionate practitioner of traditional martial arts, with many years of dedicated training in Taijutsu. As a project manager in the IT field, he combines professional rigour with deep internal exploration in his martial practice.

This atypical journey has led him to develop a pragmatic, clear-sighted, and sensitive approach to movement, focused on real-world efficiency and the mastery of the invisible principles that underpin combat.

Curious, self-taught, and deeply rooted in experimentation, he does not seek to collect techniques, but rather to reveal their essence.

Author of a trilogy dedicated to the fundamentals of Taijutsu, he offers a modern, embodied, and accessible perspective on disciplines often shrouded in mystery. Through his writing, he invites readers to rethink the body, to explore rhythm, intention, perception, and presence — and to make these concepts applicable, even under pressure.
