Tommy Fulton

Tommy Fulton is a storyteller, speaker, and lifelong learner with a passion for connecting people through shared experiences. A former family business executive turned speaker and nonprofit leader, Tommy brings decades of leadership, resilience, and heart to everything he does. He is the founder of The Forum for Family Business, where he travels nationwide helping family-owned companies navigate succession and generational challenges.

After restarting his career at 59, Tommy found new purpose serving as Development Director for the Little Sisters of the Poor, and continues to inspire audiences with his authenticity, humor, and life-earned wisdom. A graduate of the University of Alabama and an Eagle Scout, he now lives in Gulf Breeze, Florida, with his wife Lane, enjoying time with their five children and nine grandchildren.
