Tuhin Paul

Tuhin Paul is the co-founder of Menstrupedia, the world’s most innovative company for menstrual and puberty education, which he started with his wife, Aditi Gupta. Having navigated adolescence without much guidance himself, Tuhin has always wanted to give children the lessons he wished he had learned earlier in life. Now, as a parent of two, he feels even more inspired to help youngsters grow up informed, confident, and empowered.

Together, Tuhin and Aditi have created puberty and body safety guides like Menstrupedia Comic, Gulu, and Adi & Anku, which are now used in over 36,500 schools across India and have reached more than 15 million children worldwide. They later expanded their mission with TruBuddy Comics, a series that teaches preteens important life skills like habit-building, time management, financial literacy, and emotional intelligence. With over 1 lakh copies sold, their work is helping shape a generation of thoughtful, capable, and resilient youth.

Tuhin’s work has earned him recognition as a passionate advocate for closing the gaps left by formal education. Through these comics, he helps children navigate life while supporting parents in guiding their journey.
