Russell Lee Oquist

Russell Lee Oquist is a composer and an author as well as a musician, vocalist and narrator. He has written a great deal of music, from spiritual songs to an Easter Oratorio. He is an author of many children’s books which are now being fully illustrated and published.

His, “Rhythmic-Rhyming-Timing Tales” series has been written to delight children of all ages. These stories marry beautiful music to creative story writing - utilizing rhythm, rhyme, alliteration and poetic feet to weave fanciful tales. He first book published is, “Todd, the Two-Toed Toad.” This book is currently available on Amazon/Kindle books. Several more are soon to follow including, “Freddy the Red-Head Teddy,” “Woody, the Flying Worm” and “The Legend of Spunky, the Stinky Skunk.” You can look for these titles in the near future.
