Mone’t S. Horton is a visionary, author, entrepreneur, coach, and empowerment strategist committed to helping people connect the pieces, embrace their journey, and make POWER MOVES™ toward the life they are called to live.

As the CEO and Visionary of Mo’s Enterprise LLC, Mone’t has built a growing portfolio of entrepreneurial, coaching, consulting, publishing, media, and empowerment initiatives centered on one mission: connecting the pieces of people’s lives so they can move forward with purpose, power, and confidence.

Known as Coach Mo, she is the Visionary and Host of Sister to Sister Talk Power Moves™, a platform created to share, inspire, uplift, encourage, and empower women to take intentional action. She is also the Founder and Visionary of the Elevate You Women’s Self-Care Experience, an annual transformational experience created to provide women leaders in ministry and the marketplace with space to rest, release, refresh, restore, and rise.

Mone’t is the author of From Reality to a Wealthy Place: The Fundamentals of Elevating Your Mindset to Live a Life of Abundance and I AM FREE: Poetic Downloads of Release, Resilience & Restoration. She is also a contributing author and co-author of several collaborative works, including Repositioned Crowns and What Fruit Are You Bearing? Women Walking in the Fruit of the Spirit.

In 2026, Mone’t expanded her literary and empowerment work with Sisters Making POWER MOVES™: Inaugural Edition, a collaborative collection celebrating women who are choosing growth, purpose, courage, transformation, and action. Through the stories and experiences of women featured in the book, she continues to create spaces where women can see themselves, celebrate their journey, and recognize the POWER MOVE within them.

A worshiper at heart, Mone’t also embraces creative expression through music and released her first single, Grace Upon Grace, in 2022.

Mone’t believes that what is needed to move forward is often already within us—we simply have to be willing to begin, evolve, reposition, execute, and keep moving. Her own journey has taught her to embrace the process, stay in position, tap into her inner strength, and remain committed to action.
