Marķa de Lourdes Coss, MPA, FNIGP, NIGP-CPP, CPPO, is a nationally recognized public procurement leader, author, executive coach, speaker, and consultant with more than three decades of experience. A former Chief Procurement Officer, she spent approximately two decades leading procurement and organizational transformations within major public institutions.
