Tom Sears

Tom Sears is a pastor, communicator, and visionary leader with a deep passion for helping people discover their God-given purpose through intimacy with Jesus Christ. With over two decades of pastoral ministry experience, Tom has dedicated his life to preaching the gospel, making disciples, and building the Church, both spiritually and relationally.

From humble beginnings to planting and pastoring New Beginnings Church, Tom’s ministry has been marked by obedience, faith, and a relentless pursuit of God’s presence. His story is one of redemption, perseverance, and the miraculous grace of God. Through seasons of breakthrough and seasons of brokenness, Tom has learned that the deep water, while often uncomfortable, is where transformation happens.

He is known for his authenticity, his ability to connect across generations, and his unwavering belief that God still speaks, still moves, and still calls people into deeper places with Him. Whether preaching from the pulpit, serving behind the scenes, or writing on the page, Tom’s heartbeat remains the same: to glorify Jesus and lead people deeper.

Tom lives in West Virginia with his wife and children, where he continues to pastor, mentor leaders, and walk out God's call on his life.
