Mary Strobbe

Dr. Mary Strobbe grew up on a Montana ranch, riding horses barefoot before setting out to explore the world. She became a Registered Nurse, served as an Army Nurse during the Vietnam era, and later earned a Ph.D. in Psychology. As a college professor, she blended education with advocacy. A lifelong traveler, Mary has explored over 60 countries—first solo, then with her spouse. She resumed solo adventures after widowhood, embracing new cultures, cuisines, and occasional mishaps. She shares her experiences to inspire others, always returning home to her ever-watchful feline companions.
