Dr Jesse D Sanders

Dr. Jesse Sanders ("Dr. Redefined") is a therapist, public speaker, and mental health advocate with a Ph.D. from Metropolitan Christian University. He serves as President of Redefined LLC and Clinical Site Director at Joshua Generation Counseling Services.

A best-selling author and engaging conversationalist, Dr. Sanders bridges spirituality with mental well-being through his work. He holds memberships in the National Association of Christian Counselors, American Association of Christian Counselors (Presidential Member), and American Psychological Association.

Dr. Sanders is the proud father of Brianna, Brielle, and Vincent, and grandfather to Elias. He is dedicated to guiding individuals toward transformation, helping them embrace lives redefined by possibility and purpose.
