Ron Spradling is a retired U.S. Air Force Master Sergeant, published leadership theorist, and nationally recognized speaker on veteran transitions and influence-based leadership. He serves as Director of Corporate & Military Outreach at Waldorf University, where he rebuilt the Learning Partner Program and formed strategic alliances supporting over 1,000 organizations, including Delta Air Lines and the FDNY.
