Karen Saxe Eppley

It took me more than 10 years to write my first book. It is a humorous book about women turning 50. I started writing when I was 50. I am now a proud 63. It took most of my 60+ years to figure out who "me" is. I am proud to report I like who I am.

Pablo Picasso said, "Your goal in life is to find your gift. Your purpose in life is to give it away." My purpose is to be an Encourager. Every day I strive to encourage someone with a smile, consensual hug, or buying lunch for the person behind me in the fast food line. This book is intended to encourage you with laughs about where we are as 50+ women and what we are going to do about it.

If you are interested, I live in south-central Pennsylvania with my husband, teenage daughter and two cats, George and Pepper. Those are the name of the cats, not the husband and daughter.
