Ravi Warrier

Ravi Warrier is a Hyderabad-based entrepreneur, strategy consultant, and educator with three decades of experience building and guiding startups. He realized early in his career that customer experience matters more than anything else, and during his MBA, he learned a lesson he now swears by: employee delight is at the heart of any organization’s long-term success.

Known for his candid and funny teaching style, Ravi helps founders cut through the noise, focus on what really matters, and learn to solve problems for themselves. He’s endlessly curious—whether it’s science, economics, or psychology—and he’s happiest when he’s learning or helping others do the same.

When he’s not working with founders or teaching at a leading university in Hyderabad, you’ll probably find Ravi with a controller in hand, deep into a video game—a hobby that goes all the way back to his first Commodore 64 in 1985. He lives by the wisdom of Lily Tomlin: “The trouble with the rat race is that even if you win, you’re still a rat,” which reminds him to keep chasing what’s meaningful, not just what’s next.
