Vladimir Kogan

Vladimir Kogan is a Professor in the Department of Political Science at The Ohio State University and one of the nation’s leading scholars of education politics. His research has been published in top academic journals across multiple disciplines, including American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Policy Analysis and Management, and Journal of Public Economics.
