Francesco De Santis

Francesco De Santis is a writer and educator in the field of mind-body wellness, with a practical approach especially aimed at men experiencing burnout or chronic stress.

After going through a deep period of physical and emotional exhaustion—intensified by his role as a caregiver—he began a journey of study and self-discovery that blends neuroscience, mindfulness, yoga, and positive psychology.

He is currently enrolled in professional training programs in mindfulness and positive psychology (IEPP), as well as in the RYT200 yoga teacher certification, recognized by Yoga Alliance.

His work is dedicated to those who feel the urgent need to slow down, regain clarity, and rebuild their energy—starting with a key yet often overlooked player in our nervous system: the vagus nerve.
