With over 15 years of experience in Title I schools, Olivia has trained more than 30,000 teachers across the country, empowering them to shift from content coverage to curiosity-first instruction. She is the creator of the Micro Inquiry Task framework—a practical strategy that transforms standards into questions that ignite student thinking in under five minutes.

A certified Nearpod Trainer, math coach, and published curriculum author, Olivia has written for platforms including CPALMS, Pearson, and Nearpod. Her work blends research-based instructional practices with technology integration, helping educators teach with joy and design lessons that stick.

As the host of the 10-Minute Spark Live series and founder of the Spark Curiosity EDU Conference, Olivia is leading a national movement to reimagine how learning begins—not with answers, but with wonder.
