Lee Pepper

Lee has leveraged his service in the US Army, his experience as a staffer on Ross Perot’s Presidential Campaigns and his corporate experiences into building great teams that solve tech challenges and grow market share. During his tenure as CIO and CMO at Foundations Recovery Network, the company grew shareholder value 60X culminating in its acquisition for 350 million by Universal Health Services. Lee then served as CMO for SpecialtyCare, building the internal marketing team which was then acquired by Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners. Lee retired from Meadows Behavioral Healthcare after serving as CIO and Chief Creative Officer. Lee grew up in an Army family where his father Lt. Col. Bruce Pepper retired after 26 years of service. Lee graduated from the Univ. of Tennessee and enlisted before attending Officer Candidate School and eventually serving 8 years mainly in the United States Army Reserves as an Armor Officer. He lives in Tennessee and writes and consults on marketing and leadership. He serves as a mentor in the Veteran’s Treatment Court. He is married to artist and Belmont University Fine Arts professor, Jennifer Pepper and has two sons Miles and Cy.
