Life has felt like a rollercoaster, filled with exhilarating highs but often shadowed by deep lows and challenging moments. From an early age, I’ve faced numerous challenges, blockages, and a whirlwind of emotions. I struggled in school until I was diagnosed with dyslexia at 18, which helped shed light on some of my academic difficulties.

At 19, a car accident changed everything, leaving me with severe memory loss and various side effects. Even though I had a loving and supportive family, I often felt different, as if my mind was trying to reshuffle my identity and fight against the reality of who I had become.

However, through the process of letting go of my negative thoughts, I began to discover more about myself. I learnt to confront my struggles, manage my side effects, and take charge of my happiness. That journey allowed me to become the person I was meant to be and to move forward with purpose.

My experiences inspired me to pursue a career as a Reflexologist and Shift Creation Coach. Since 2002, I have dedicated myself to providing clients with the support, guidance, tools, and techniques they need to live better, feel better, and work better.

I wrote my first book, Self-Help Toolkit for Anxeity and Stress to help you understand and manage your anxiety and stress, build your resiliance so you can move out of the anxiety and stress cycle and work toward a life that you want to live.

My second book, The Art of Letting Go, to help you navigate your own emotions, challenges, and blockages. In it, you will learn to cultivate a better perspective and discover the harmony between mind and body, enabling you to move forward with ease.
