Barbara Bleiman

Barbara is a former English teacher and well-known educationalist, specialising in secondary English teaching. She is also a writer of fiction and a children's poet. Previously Co-director of the English and Media Centre (EMC), she now works there part-time. She is Co-Editor of emagazine, a print and online journal for students of A Level English. She has publlished numerous books, her most recent being 'Snap! Poems for Children'. Her poems have been published or anthologised by Dirigible Balloon, Northern Gravy, Tyger Tyger and MacMillan.
