Kinsey is a globally recognised leader in people analytics, with deep experience building and scaling analytics functions across both industry and consulting. Named one of the Top 10 People Analytics Influencers Outside the United States, Kinsey has led senior roles at organisations including EY and Aon Hewitt, where she built high-performing teams across APAC and Europe.

Kinsey speaks and writes regularly on the practical application of HR technologies and the future of work. She also serves on the advisory board of the MSc Human-Centric Management and People Analytics at University College London (UCL). Her work focuses on cutting through hype to develop sustainable people analytics functions that balance technical rigour with the human relationships.
