Rebecca Tedder is a best-selling author, multi-founder, growth strategist, and behavioral science expert working at the intersection of technology, human behavior, and resilience in the age of AI. For more than two decades, she has advised executives, SMBs, public/private companies and global organizations navigating digital transformation, operational scale, and execution in high-stakes environments.

She actively advises founders and leadership teams at the decision layer across global markets, translating emerging technologies into practical execution frameworks that drive measurable outcomes. She holds a Bachelors (BBA) in Management and a Masters (MSc) in Industrial–Organizational Psychology, and is in the final phase of completing her Doctorate (DBA) in Business Digital Transformation (2026), focused on how AI and agentic systems can materially improve efficiency, productivity, and organizational change.
